Ridgefield Online will now also incorporate content from the Ridgefield Canvas, Ridgefield's new community newspaper. This section of our site will include stories and feature articles from the newspaper, as well as information on upcoming events and activities in Ridgefield and the surrounding area. Maureen Kanka, Founder of the Megan Nicole Kanka Foundation and the sponsor of Megan's Law, will be the Ridgefield Elementary PTA's guest speaker. Megan's Law requires each state in the country to notify the public when dangerous sexual offenders are residing in their area.

Childcare will be provided for those who wish to attend the meeting and need to bring their children.
